HOST A SCREENING
Introduce Best Day Ever to your community.
Best Day Ever is available for select in-person screenings. We are eager to share this story and mission with as many individuals as possible and watch the impact grow. Below are some answers to how you can host a screening in your community or at your event.

If your organization is interested in changing the outdoor recreation landscape, getting more people on trails, fundraising for adaptive sports, and altering perspectives, this film is for you. We invite individuals, businesses, non-profits, trails clubs, and advocacy groups to screen Best Day Ever and spread the word!

A screening license is required to host a screening or show a film to a larger audience and it includes:
- Access to the film during a 24-hour screening period
- Permission to advertise your screening, charge for admission, and accept donations
- Advertising materials, including standard and customizable graphics
- Support from us to promote your screening to the Best Day Ever email list
The fee for a screening license is based on the size of your event. It can typically be covered by finding a sponsor for the event, charging admission, or requesting donations.
Up to 50 attendees = $500 USD
Up to 100 attendees = $1,000 USD
Up to 200 attendees = $1,750 USD
Up to 300 attendees = $2,500 USD

The best audience experience for a screening is at a local theater or event space with seating, accessible parking, and a high-quality audio visual system. Independent/boutique theaters, university auditoriums, arts or community centers, public libraries and conference or presentation rooms are great places to host a screening.

Greg, Allie and Berne love to attend events in person when scheduling, funding, and logistics allow. Costs include travel expenses and an appearance fee, which varies depending on the details of your event.

Yes! For an additional fee, a director and/or some of the cast members may be able to join your event virtually for a live Q&A session following the film. The fee varies depending on the details of your event and is subject to availability.
